Among topics discussed by the five people that came to the Carmarthen meeting were, in no particular order: GPS and its use in geocaching, openstreetmap and reports that it may break down in the next year or two.
Daniel regaled us with the joys of converting from mbox to maildir or rather not yet doing that thing, he also waxed lyrical about KDE4.
Vista, its stability and in-ability to do the things one needs to do. Accounting software and the iniquity of being locked in to proprietary software.
BT and broadband speed or lack of it. The latter three topics were not really linkable more just gossip and bitching |
